Portl offers optional subscriptions for users who want additional features and functionality. The core Portl experience remains available without requiring a paid subscription unless otherwise stated within the app.

Portl Guest

$7.99/month

Portl Guest is designed for people who use Portl to discover and access venues, events and experiences.

Depending on availability in your location, Guest benefits may include:

• Enhanced access to Portl experiences
• Additional guestlist functionality
• Visibility into selected event or guestlist information
• Members-only experiences and events
• Exclusive Portl offers and benefits
• Additional premium features introduced from time to time

Portl Host

$39.99/month

Portl Host is designed for promoters, creators, community organisers and other users who want to organise experiences through Portl.

Depending on the plan available in your market, Host functionality may include:

• Creating and managing events
• Creating guestlists
• Inviting and managing attendees
• Managing a defined number of events or tables
• Accessing host tools and attendee-management functionality
• Additional hosting features introduced from time to time

Certain ticketing, transaction or payment-processing fees may apply separately where paid events or packages are sold through Portl.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled. Where purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, payment is charged to your account with the relevant platform and billing is managed by that platform. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with the platform's rules.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store subscription settings. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not normally terminate access to paid features before the end of the current billing period, subject to applicable law and the platform's rules.

Pricing and Features

Prices, introductory offers, trials and included features may vary by country, platform or promotional campaign. Portl may change subscription pricing or features from time to time. Where required, users will receive notice before a pricing change takes effect. Current pricing and features will be displayed within Portl before a user confirms a purchase.

Refunds

Purchases made through Apple or Google are generally subject to the refund policies and procedures of the relevant app marketplace. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
